We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team. The role involves regular calling, understanding client requirements, and maintaining follow-up records.
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound enquiries
Explain products and services to customers
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Maintain customer data and follow-up sheets
Coordinate with internal teams for orders and updates
Build and maintain good customer relationships
2-5 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales
Good communication and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle targets and meet deadlines
Strong customer service attitude
