Inside Sales Engineer

Job Description

• Identify and develop new clients across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs.
• Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals and quotations.
• Generate inquiries and convert them into orders (India mart, Trad India)
• Keep track of market trends, pricing, and competitors.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure customer feedback is communicated internally for product improvement.
• Maintain CRM entries, client databases, and daily visit reports.
• Support in commercial negotiation and contract finalization.
• Address customer complaints or concerns post-sale in coordination with service engineers.

Qualification :

DIPLOMA OR BE IN MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL WITH BASIC ENGINEERING CONCEPTS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
