Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales & Engagement Manager to drive the sales and marketing strategy for a leading U.S.-based skincare brand's expansion into the Indian market. This role involves developing and executing sales campaigns, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving brand awareness through webinars and digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration across India. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including dermatologists, beauty professionals, and influencers, to enhance brand presence. Webinars & Campaigns: Plan and execute educational webinars and digital campaigns to raise brand awareness and educate the target audience about product benefits. Lead Generation & Conversion: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and convert prospects into loyal customers. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall brand objectives. Assessment Criteria Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 5–8 years in inside sales or business development, preferably within the skincare, wellness, or beauty industry. Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools.
