Inside Sales

You are a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative with over 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. Your role involves showcasing excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales cycle, and a proactive approach to lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for driving revenue through inbound and outbound sales efforts using a consultative sales approach. Your key responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. You will utilize various tools and CRM platforms to track and manage potential leads, conduct research to identify clients and their business needs, and build strong relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, create customized sales proposals, collaborate with the Account Management team, and work closely with internal teams to deliver proposals and solutions to meet client needs. Maintaining up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software, tracking sales progress, and reporting on key metrics are essential parts of your role. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of inside sales experience in an agency environment, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and experience with CRM tools and sales automation tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams, and knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, or agency services are necessary. Additionally, you should be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.,
