Role Overview

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales Certification or Diploma from a recognized institute
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing BBA BMS in Marketing (preferred)
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in relevant field
  • Prior experience in B2B inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation is an advantage

  • Excellent verbal & written communication

  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

Technical Skills

  • Tele-calling and inside sales techniques
  • Lead Generation and lead qualification
  • Email marketing tools (Zoho Thunderbird preferred)
  • CRM (Zoho Thunderbird SalesQL Apollo preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
  • Pipeline tracking and sales documentation

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation (60%)

  • Make outbound telecalls to prospective customers
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and emails
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate lead data and sales pipeline in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and conversion targets

2. Customer Engagement & Account Coordination (30%)

  • Handle key accounts and ensure regular follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and execution
  • Support sales closure and documentation process
  • Billing and Payment Co-ordination, follow up & closure
  • Renewals follow ups.

3. Strategic Outreach & Sales Support (10%)

  • Support digital and email marketing campaigns
  • Assist in identifying new markets and business opportunities
  • Participating in company industry events
