What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the first impression:

  You’ll run high-volume, high-quality cold calls to marketing and sales leaders across the U.S.

• Pitch with purpose:

  Present Callidient’s value proposition with confidence, clarity, and persuasion to generate qualified opportunities.

• Fuel the pipeline:

  Build and manage a strong lead funnel through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and CRM tracking.

• Strategize and optimize:

  Learn what resonates with prospects and help fine-tune scripts, positioning, and campaigns.

• Collaborate to close:

  Work directly with marketing pods and senior sales to convert warm leads into active deals.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience — ideally selling marketing, technology, or digital solutions.
• Proven cold-calling expertise in the U.S. market, with comfort working U.S. time zone hours.
• A deep curiosity about how businesses grow, and a basic understanding of marketing and MarTech ecosystems.
• Strong communication, energy, and resilience — you love chasing targets and exceeding them.
• Proficiency with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Eager to take on new challenges and ready to join within 15–30 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
