As an Inside Sales Representative, your role involves sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You will need to understand customer needs and requirements, then route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Additionally, researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest will be crucial. It is important to maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory and collaborate with channel partners to build the pipeline. Your qualifications should include proven inside sales experience and a track record of over-achieving quota. A strong phone presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong listening skills, are essential. You should be ready to learn, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A graduation degree or equivalent is required for this role. The company prefers candidates who are proficient in English for this full-time position. The work location will be in person.,
