Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate position at our office in Coimbatore. The role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, pitching products to prospective customers, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and nurturing leads to drive conversions. Responsibilities include delivering a superior customer experience and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and nurture potential clients.
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and sustain relationships and ensure client success.
Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
