We are looking for a highly target-driven Inside Sales Associate responsible for lead follow-ups, prospect qualification, and sales closures through calls and digital communication channels. The compensation structure includes a fixed monthly salary plus a variable pay component strictly linked to target achievement, with clear slabs based on sales performance and conversion ratios. The variable salary is unlocked on achieving predefined monthly targets, with higher payouts for exceeding targets, along with additional incentives and performance bonuses. Key performance indicators include call productivity, follow-up discipline, lead-to-sale conversion, revenue achievement, and CRM compliance. Salary growth, role continuity, and career progression are directly tied to consistent target achievement, performance quality, and adherence to sales SOPs.
