Inside Sales Associate - Call Center Service Selling

You will be joining Aabasoft as a full-time Inside Sales Associate specializing in Call Center Service Selling at our Navi Mumbai location. Your main responsibilities will include pitching our call center division, focusing on lead scraping, cold calling, lead generation, and account management. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, as well as Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. Experience in Account Management will be beneficial, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets effectively. While not mandatory, prior experience in the Call Center Industry will be considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is required for this position.
