Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle post-call follow-ups to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction
Provide excellent customer service and address basic inquiries
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0-3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support (Freshers are welcome)
Age Limit: 19 to 35 years
Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory
Salary: 14,000 - 25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
