Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in software sales, ERP solutions, CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies to expand our company's reach in national and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy: Identify potential business opportunities, analyze industry trends, and develop strategic business plans.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Generate leads, initiate conversations, and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proposal & Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product development) to align business objectives.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business forums to enhance brand presence and create new opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Proven expertise in software sales, ERP solutions, CRM.
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent English communication.
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in handling national and international clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
