YOUR EXPERIENCE AND VALUES
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in a software development environment.
- Strong technical background in software engineering, with expertise in one or more programming languages and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Solid understanding of delivery principles and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What makes you stand out:
- Experience with a modern frontend framework ideally React (Vue, Angular are good too)
- Practical experience of NestJS / NodeJS or similar stack
- Experience with or knowledge of Python
- Strong knowledge of restful APIs
- Practical experience of Kubernetes and/or MongoDB
- Knowledge on LLM's
- Knowledge on prompt engineering techniques
- Knowledge on RAG
