Job Description

Your Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will support project initiation and management of multiple product innovation projects from concept development to launch, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client.

With over 2-3 years of experience in project management, you will work closely with senior team members to assist in day-to-day operations of innovation projects, aligning team efforts with project goals, and proactively addressing challenges to ensure projects remain on track while maintaining highest quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a global environment within a CPG company or a related industry.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Innovation Process Management: Provide end-to-end project coordination support for product and packaging innovation projects, including concept development, feasibility validation, R&D, business proposal, and approval.
Work closely with senior team members and assist in all day-to-day activities related to project execution.
Collaborate with all cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure they are aligned on the overall scope, timelines and objective.
Facilitate all project update meetings, ensuring key decisions and updates are cascaded to all stakeholders
Monitor project progress in terms of deliverables and milestones and maintain up-to-date records using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan.
Ensure accuracy of information and collate all required inputs for completeness of project documents and supporting materials.
Assist in managing feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency and effectiveness across projects
Create and maintain all documents, including meeting minutes, presentations and communication material.

YOUR PROFILE

MBA preferred, Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in project management or coordination within a CPG or FMCG environment.
Familiarity with product and packaging innovation or new product development processes.
Strong experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is crucial for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress.
Highly motivated, with strong enthusiasm to work with Global & Local stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate and support multiple stakeholders
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work internationally
Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
Should be committed and focused to succeed under challenging work environment
