Innovation Manager- Energy

About the Role

GIAN is looking for an Innovation Manager with an M.Tech in Energy or a related field to lead clean energy innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout, evaluate, and mentor energy and sustainability-focused innovations.
• Provide technical inputs for pilots, prototypes, and scale-up.
• Manage due diligence, compliance, and documentation for GIAN’s building project.
• Coordinate with innovators, consultants, and partners across academia, industry, and government.
• Support proposal writing, CSR engagement, and resource mobilization.
• Conduct workshops, awareness programs, and campaigns on energy and sustainability.

Qualifications

• M.Tech in Energy, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of clean energy technologies and sustainability practices.
• Experience in project management, documentation, and regulatory processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
