Job Summary:

Innovation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and experiment with emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain, AR/VR, 5G, etc.) and trends relevant to the business.
Design and develop innovative prototypes, MVPs, and PoCs to validate new ideas and concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, business) to translate innovation initiatives into tangible solutions.
Contribute to the companys innovation roadmap and help shape long-term technology strategy.
Drive technical feasibility assessments, rapid prototyping, and iterative solution testing.
Create documentation, design specifications, and presentations for innovation projects.
Participate in hackathons, innovation labs, and external partnerships with startups, universities, or technology vendors.
Advocate for a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Present findings, prototypes, and business cases to leadership and stakeholders.
