As a Business Development Manager for Embedded GUI Solutions (MCUs), your role will involve driving growth and market adoption of cutting-edge solutions. Here's what you'll be doing: - Identify, engage, and nurture new business opportunities for embedded GUI solutions customized for MCUs. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to explore growth opportunities in industries such as Automotive, Industrial Automation, Medical Devices, and Consumer Electronics. - Deliver tailored demos, presentations, and proofs of concept to showcase solution value aligned with customer use cases. - Represent the company at webinars, conferences, workshops, and trade shows to enhance brand presence and generate leads. - Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Marketing teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product positioning. - Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover and successful deal closure. What You Bring: - Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently. - Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings and industry events. Bonus Points For: - Experience as an FAE (Field Application Engineer) in the MCU space. - Hands-on involvement with GUI frameworks like TouchGFX, Embedded Wizard, LVGL, Emwin, CGI Studio, or MicroEJ. - Deep understanding of MCU graphics and ecosystem dynamics, including chip selection processes. - Familiarity with Embedded Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA best practices.
