Infrastructure Operations-PLM

AWS-based environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and support the global PLM system landscape (primarily

  Teamcenter

  ) hosted on

  AWS Cloud

• Maintain and monitor underlying infrastructure components, especially

  NetApp ONTAP

  ,

  Linux SLES/RHEL

  , and

  Windows Server

• Support cloud infrastructure for

  internally developed business applications

  , including workloads running on

  Kubernetes

  and container platforms
• Implement and maintain

  Infrastructure as Code

  using

  Terraform

  and

  GitLab CI/CD

• Support the infrastructure layer of integrations between PLM and other systems (ERP, CAD, etc.)
• Perform basic

  DBA tasks

  (monitoring, backup, tuning for cloud-hosted DBs)
• Execute controlled changes, upgrades, and documentation using

  Jira

  and

  Confluence

• Contribute to operational dashboards and analytics
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Germany and India to build sustainable internal know-how

What We Expect

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise system support
• Strong practical knowledge of

  AWS services

  (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.)

• Valid AWS certification

  (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or similar)
• Hands-on experience with

  Terraform

  and

  GitLab CI/CD

• Experience supporting

  Kubernetes

  or containerized workloads (e.g., Docker) in a production setting
• Solid OS skills in

  Linux (SLES/RHEL)

  and

  Windows Server

• Familiarity with

  NetApp ONTAP

  and enterprise storage administration
• Experience supporting standard enterprise platforms like

  Teamcenter

  or ERP systems
• Confident working with

  Jira

  ,

  Confluence

  , and

  Tableau

  for documentation, tracking, and reporting
• Basic knowledge of database operations (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL)
• Fluent English communication and a collaborative, solution-driven mindset
• You are able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive solutions to completion without constant supervision.
