Responsible for Installation, maintenance, and support of Manufacturing applications.
Engage in Issues triaging, troubleshooting, coordination and resolution efforts for the various manufacturing systems.
Do Impact assessment for any infrastructure level changes working with other teams, coordinating with various stakeholders over Implementation and validation plans.
Work with the team members on maintaining the inventory documentation for all the servers, applications supported by the team.
Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures.
Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure service delivery methods and procedures.
Be aware of compliance requirements and work on vulnerabilities related to servers and applications.
Defines the architecture and hardware requirements for project proposals.
Serve as an escalation point for infrastructure issues, coordinating the identification and correction of impaired solutions.
Work with the Service Desk team for the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure.
Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of applications and system backups.
