The role involves sample collection, test execution, data recording, and assisting engineers in maintaining quality standards in accordance with IS/ASTM/BS codes. Key Responsibilities: Collect samples of construction materials (soil, sand, cement, aggregates, concrete, bricks, bitumen, etc.) from project sites. Conduct basic laboratory and field tests such as: Sieve analysis Specific gravity Slump test Compressive strength test Moisture content Water absorption Assist engineers in preparing test reports and documentation.
