Job Description

As an Infrastructure DevSecOps Engineer, your role involves managing and maintaining IT Infrastructure on Cloud, Hybrid, and on-premise data centers to ensure successful client outcomes. You will be responsible for the following: - Managing IT infrastructure issues for incidents, change requests, availability, and performance. - Performing Security Patching, Hardening, and Vulnerability Remediation for OS, Middleware, and Databases. - Remediation of identified vulnerabilities either through infrastructure or by collaborating with Product teams. - Installing and deploying HCL Unica application patches or upgrades. - Monitoring and resolving infrastructure to ensure ongoing system reliability. - Supporting Resiliency, backup, and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and processes. In terms of experience and qualifications, you should have: - 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in successful DevSecOps processes and delivery in public or private cloud environments. - Proficiency in Red Hat Linux, with RHEL Certification being mandatory. - Knowledge of RedHat OpenShift is advantageous. - Experience with infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc. - Familiarity with key value, Relational, and NoSQL databases is a plus. - Experience working on and integrating with Cloud Platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure. - Experience deploying and managing web applications, web servers, and application server frameworks in VM and Cloud-based configurations. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural and geographically distributed team. - Familiarity with ITIL based processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and related tools. - Experience in DevOps and Monitoring processes and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact clearly with customers and business partners. - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
