Project Role Description :

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

15 years full time educationSummary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that services are running smoothly across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems, both remotely and onsite, while adhering to defined operating models and processes. Your role will also include implementing technology solutions at the operating system level, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and support. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with WildFly. - Strong understanding of server and network administration. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with operating system-level implementations and configurations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
