Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Infra. Tech. Specialist - Ops with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in APM and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5. This role operates on a hybrid work model with night shifts. Travel is not required. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the performance of APM systems to ensure optimal functionality Implement and manage Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 configurations to ensure efficient traffic distribution Provide technical support and troubleshooting for APM and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APM and Load Balancer solutions into existing infrastructure Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain high availability and reliability Develop and maintain documentation for APM and Load Balancer configurations and procedures Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols in all technical operations Perform routine maintenance and updates to APM and Load Balancer systems to prevent downtime Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve potential issues Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and migrations Provide training and guidance to junior team members on APM and Load Balancer technologies Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues Qualifications Possess strong expertise in APM systems and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 technologies Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Show proficiency in system monitoring and performance tuning Have experience in technical documentation and compliance Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills Be capable of working independently and in a team environment Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development Be adaptable to night shift work and hybrid work model Have a solid understanding of security protocols and best practices Demonstrate ability to train and mentor junior staff Be prepared to participate in on-call rotations for critical support. Certifications Required Certified in APM and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 technologies. Additional certifications in infrastructure management are a plus.
