Information Technology Trainer

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to individuals or groups on various IT topics. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering instructional materials, utilizing e-learning tools, providing support and mentoring to trainees, and assessing their progress to ensure successful knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Information Technology and Windows operating systems
• Experience and skills in Training, Teaching, and conducting effective and engaging instructional sessions
• Familiarity with E-Learning platforms and digital tools for remote training
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning needs and levels of understanding
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field
• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certifications) are a plus
• Prior experience in conducting remote training programs is advantageous
