Sr. Lead Developer ASP.Net Full Stack + Lead

As a Senior Lead Developer, your main responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of front-end developers, guiding them on technical challenges and professional development. You will be expected to deliver enterprise-grade solutions using best practices in coding, architecture, and development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role. In terms of technical expertise, the ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with .NET Core 3.1 and .NET 8.0. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC with Razor, Web API, and Web Services is required. Additionally, expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, jqGrid, DataTables, Bootstrap, and jQuery is essential. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), design patterns, and clean coding practices is highly valued. A solid background in SSRS Reporting Services and SQL Server 2016+, including advanced T-SQL and stored procedures, is also necessary. Working knowledge of UX Design principles will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong leadership and team management capabilities.
