🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Domestic Staffing) to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the Indian market. If you have strong connections with large enterprises, SIs, and product-based companies, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets-this role is for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

*Drive new business development across IT & Non-IT staffing.

*Build strong relationships with HR leaders, procurement teams & delivery heads.

*Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for client acquisition.

*Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and competitive pricing models.

*Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.

*Track market trends & provide actionable insights to enhance offerings.

*Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

*Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in domestic staffing business development.

*Strong client network with Direct Clients, SIs, Product Companies & Enterprises.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

*Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

*Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office Suite.
