Position Title: Sr. Developer (L3) Location: Noida, India Employment Type: Contractual (Full-Time) Experience Required: 8-13 Years Reporting To: Delivery Unit Lead Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer for a contractual role as Sr. Developer (L3) . The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-level applications using modern Microsoft technologies. The role demands strong backend and frontend expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to software delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise applications using .NET Core , C# , ASP.NET MVC (Razor) , and WebAPI . Implement front-end components using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX , and libraries such as jqGrid , DataTables , and Bootstrap . Work with SQL Server 2016+ , write optimized T-SQL queries and stored procedures. Debug and manage WCF services . Generate reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) . Follow best coding practices such as TDD , use of design patterns , and conduct code reviews. Participate in UX design discussions and contribute to user-centric application design. Good to Have: Exposure to ReactJS or Angular for front-end development. Experience in developing Single Page Applications (SPA) . Prior experience in migrating desktop applications to web-based platforms . Required Technical Skills: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON SQL Server 2016+, T-SQL, SSRS WCF Services Experience with modern UI libraries (Bootstrap, jqGrid, DataTables) Knowledge of UX design principles Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication Good documentation and analytical skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams Effective problem-solving and time management Behavioral Traits: Self-motivated and detail-oriented Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently Result-driven with strong ownership Willingness to extend work hours if needed Educational Qualification: Mandatory: BE / B.Tech / MCA / Equivalent Engineering Degree
