Job Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the organization. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

· Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

· Contribute to providing solutions to work related problems.

· Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.

· Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

· Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.

· Experience with application development and configuration in ServiceNow.

· Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

Additional Information:

· The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

· 15 years of full-time education is required.
