Job Opening: IT Service Engineer (1+ Year Experience)
Location: Gandhidham “Arham enterprise”
Position: Full-Time
We are looking for a technically sound and customer-friendly IT Service Engineer to join our team.
The candidate must have minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in IT hardware servicing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting & repairing laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
• OS installation, formatting, driver & software setup
• Basic networking: LAN/Wi-Fi configuration & IP setup
• Onsite customer visits (if required)
• Coordinating warranty claims with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.)
• Maintaining service logs and reports
Requirements:
• ITI / Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. (IT) or relevant qualification
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in similar role
• Knowledge of hardware components, OS installation & networking basics
• Good communication skills
• Honest, responsible & customer-oriented attitude
