The candidate must have minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in IT hardware servicing. Job Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting & repairing laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals • OS installation, formatting, driver & software setup • Basic networking: LAN/Wi-Fi configuration & IP setup • Onsite customer visits (if required) • Coordinating warranty claims with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.) • Maintaining service logs and reports Requirements: • ITI / Diploma / BCA / B.Sc.
