About the Role

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and networking.
• Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent requirements for US clients.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients.
• Achieve weekly/monthly submission and placement targets.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of proven experience in

  US IT Recruitment/Staffing

  .
• Strong understanding of

  US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

  .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in

  US shift hours (4 PM – 1 AM IST)

  .
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
