Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting Experience with hiring strategies and sourcing methods to attract top talent Strong skills in candidate evaluation and conducting a structured recruitment process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in the electrical/IT manufacturing domain is a plus
