Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: REMOTE, India

Job Description:

Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate technical assessments and interview processes with hiring teams.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of strong tech candidates (developers, DevOps, QA, cloud, etc.).
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and market trends.
