What You’ll Do: 1.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and tech-related roles 2.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates 3.Use job portals, LinkedIn, and networking tools for talent acquisition 4.Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a great experience 5.Work closely with the HR and technical teams to understand hiring needs 6.Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle What We’re Looking For: 1.
