Information Technology Operations Manager

As an IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day IT operations to ensure the seamless functioning of all IT systems. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other hardware to ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems. - Implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect company data and IT assets. You will monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities. - Administering SAP basis and ensuring the security of SAP systems. You will conduct regular system audits and compliance checks. - Supporting the development and integration of new technological solutions by assisting internal stakeholders and external vendors in product development, management, and operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products. - Serving as a versatile resource for IT operations, handling various tasks as required. You will lead and support new product deployments and integrations. In order to qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, and cyber security. - Knowledge of SAP basis and security. - Experience with product development and integrations. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,
