Experience: 10+

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals, ensuring that technology investments support business objectives.

Ensure the organization's IT systems are maintained, updated, and secure, protecting data from threats such as cyberattacks and breaches.

Prepare and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while meeting the organization's technological needs.

Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and compliance with agreed terms.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or new solutions that enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.

Ensure IT operations comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies while managing risks associated with technology use.

Oversee IT support services to address technical issues promptly and provide training to staff to maximize the effective use of technology.

Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure the organization can quickly recover IT operations in the event of disruptions.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems, ensuring optimal performance.

Manage cloud-based systems and virtualization technologies to support scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency for the organization.

Supervise data storage, processing, and analysis to support decision-making and maintain data integrity and accessibility.

Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and secure technology practices across the organization.

Work closely with other departments to identify their technological needs and provide solutions that improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Lead and coordinate responses to IT incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring quick resolution to maintain business continuity.

Monitor IT systems' performance, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management to guide future improvements and investments.

Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks, servers, and operating systems to ensure smooth IT operations.

Knowledge of security protocols, threat detection, and mitigation strategies to protect organizational data and infrastructure from cyber threats.

Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including managing cloud-based solutions and migrations.

Skills in managing hardware, software, virtualization, and storage solutions to maintain a robust IT environment

Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and scripting languages for process automation and CI/CD pipelines.

Expertise hardware, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and storage systems to ensure a reliable IT environment.

Proficiency with IT management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or other ITSM solutions for tracking issues and managing resources.

Ability to handle multiple issues on multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical skills and excellence in oral and written communication.

Ability to coordinate with all external and internal parties to ensure a positive outcome.

Decision making skills and good team player.

Excellent in motivating and leading a team of 20 or more.
