Drive implementation of Collection application. Drive automation and digitization of collection processes. Evaluate to be processes and map with available functionalities of identified application to minimize customization. Create clear communication plan for all the stakeholders. Set up periodic meet with required stakeholders. Drive project status calls & establish delivery plan of action with the help of vendor & business teams Keep track on all the communication between vendor & business teams Able to communicate & collaborate with large scale cross functional teams. Understanding of project dates & delays if any. Maintain up to date communication plan for all the stakeholders. Best practice of other companies in field of Collection.
