Information Technology Faculty

Faculties play a pivotal role in the academic and professional development of students,

expected to deliver high-quality education, ensure students are industry-ready, and foster an

engaging learning environment in alignment with the institute's core values of Integrity,

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, preparing every student for the industry

through practical knowledge and high-quality education, while ensuring the timely

completion of the course duration.

● Continuously improve professional skills through Training of Trainer (ToT) programs or

certified online courses.

● Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and technical mock

rounds, providing constructive feedback

● Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment while adhering to institutional

policies.

● Responsible for assisting students with placement preparation, including guiding them

in resume building, conducting mock interviews, and arranging placement

opportunities.

● Promote consistent student attendance and address absenteeism through motivation

and follow-ups.

● Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to provide honest feedback and actionable

improvement strategies.

● Conduct technical seminars/workshops inside and outside of the institute.

● Collaborate with the CD&T department to update or enhance course content as per

industry trends.

● Ensure compliance with institutional policies, maintain accurate records in the Learning

Management System (LMS), and submit timely reports.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, or

Designing Diploma.

● Relevant short-term courses or certifications in IT or Multimedia fields are a plus.

● 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant IT field.

● 0-6 months of experience as a Faculty or Trainer in an educational institute.
