Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Executive based in Kochi. The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for daily IT operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and managing network administration tasks. The individual will ensure efficient and smooth-running IT systems within the organization, maintaining a high level of performance and security.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Experience in Network Administration
• Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Operations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
