Information Security Program Manager

Role Overview: You are required to join DNEG as an Information Security Program Manager to manage and steer the Information Security program management function within the expanding global team. Your role involves ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of confidential data, PII, and systems for both DNEG and clients. You will work collaboratively with the team, peers, and business stakeholders to align and manage InfoSec projects effectively to meet tactical roadmap requirements and ensure successful delivery of the InfoSec program. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, maintain, and mature the InfoSec program management function. - Proactively track and report on all deliverables in coordination with the InfoSec team. - Utilize project management methodologies and practices effectively. - Work independently and as part of a team to forecast, resolve problems, and deliver presentations. - Demonstrate strong task management, communication, and leadership skills. - Collaborate with peers and internal technical teams to steer and manage reporting initiatives related to InfoSec and Privacy programs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in technical project/program management. - Technical proficiency and knowledge of Information/Cyber Security processes and methodologies. - Experience with project forecasting, tracking, monitoring, and reporting. - Familiarity with InfoSec frameworks, software development methodologies, Data Privacy legislation, and audit processes. - Ability to work closely with a PMO function to address InfoSec and Privacy requirements in tracked projects. - Document and create qualitative and quantitative reporting for InfoSec and Privacy programs.
