Role Overview

As an Information Security Consultant, you will:

• Assess security risks, perform audits, and recommend remediation plans.
• Develop and implement security policies, controls, and incident response procedures.
• Advise on compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, or PCI DSS.
• Conduct security awareness training and help build a culture of security.
• Collaborate with IT and leadership teams to align security with business objectives.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or risk management.
• Frameworks: Familiarity with NIST, ISO, or CIS standards.
• Tools: Experience with vulnerability scanning, SIEM, and security monitoring.
• Compliance: Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Communication: Ability to explain security concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
