Job Summary

Data Governance & Metadata Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and management of

  metadata management processes

  and tools (specifically

  Informatica EDC / CDGC

  ).
• Develop and maintain

  data governance documentation

  , including frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure consistent application of

  data governance principles

  .
• Collect, design, and present

  management information (MI)

  and data insights to senior leadership.
• Assist in defining and managing

  data lineage, ownership, and stewardship processes

  .
• Contribute to the delivery of

  strategic data programs

  , aligning business requirements with existing capabilities.
• Analyze and interpret data using

  SQL

  and other analytical tools to identify data quality or metadata issues.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to promote

  data awareness, literacy, and accountability

  .
• Ensure compliance with internal data policies and external regulatory requirements.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

  (or equivalent) in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of overall industry experience

  , including

  at least 3 years in data-related programs

  within financial services or a similar environment.

• Hands-on experience with

  Informatica EDC / CDGC

  and analytical skills with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Proven experience synthesizing

  business requirements

  and delivering strategic data initiatives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with

  senior leadership

  .
