Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for data integration and visualization platforms, with a primary focus on Informatica (BDM & PowerCenter) and IDMC . Secondary skills: DBT, Airflow. Investigate and troubleshoot software issues reported by users; perform root cause analysis and implement effective, sustainable solutions. Collaborate with development and QA teams to test, validate, and deploy software fixes and enhancements. Debug application code to resolve issues or provide interim workarounds when necessary. Document resolutions, known issues, and workarounds in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Known Error Database (KEDB). Participate in problem management by analyzing recurring incidents and identifying long-term solutions. Contribute to and participate in on-call rotations to address critical support issues outside of standard business hours. Proactively identify opportunities for improving application performance, reliability, and user experience. Informatica Bdm, Idmc, Power Center
