(Influencer) Talent Manager

We are seeking a driven and creative Artist Manager to join our growing team, specializing in the dynamic world of Travel and photography content creators. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing the careers of talented influencers in this exciting genre.

Responsibilities:

• Artist Discovery & Development:

   Proactively source and identify up-and-coming Travel and photography genre influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Relationship Building & Management:

   Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, acting as their trusted advisor and champion. Understand their unique voice and content strategy.

• Brand Partnership Development:

   Secure lucrative brand partnerships that align with the influencer's brand and audience. Negotiate contracts and manage all aspects of the partnership lifecycle.

• Content Strategy & Growth:

   Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content strategies that foster audience growth and brand awareness.

• Industry Networking:

   Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and media outlets within the influencer and Travel and photography space.

• Contract Negotiation & Legal:

   Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring both the influencer and the company are protected.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve:

   Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, platforms, and creator tools.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of identifying and developing talent within the Travel and photography genre
• Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and its various platforms.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for social media and a keen eye for spotting trends.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a results-oriented mindset.
