Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a strong background working in an Influencer Marketing Agency to join MOCA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing partnerships with brands, and expanding our client base. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential brands for influencer marketing collaborations. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies. Understand client objectives, budget and concern, make proposal to client with suitable solutions. Negotiate and close commercial contract with client. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction. Ensure release of timely payments from the Clients Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Influencer Marketing Agency. Strong network and connections with direct advertisers and brands. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
