Location: Santa Cruz, Mumbai

Influencer Relations Executive


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and managers
  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, and deliverables with influencers
  • Coordinate content briefs, approvals, posting schedules, and campaign timelines
  • Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and share insights
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging creators, and platform updates
  • Ensure brand voice, guidelines, and campaign goals are consistently met


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in influencer/creator marketing 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with an eye for details
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Passion for digital culture and creator ecosystems
  • Good relations with vendors , agencies for best commercials.
  • Should have worked on barter campaigns.
