Operations Intern

This is an internship role with the opportunity to convert into a full-time position based on performance.

• Influencer Management

  – Scout and onboard influencers, maintain relationships, and act as the primary point of contact (POC).

• Campaign Execution

  – Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and approvals with influencers and clients.

• Internal Coordination

  – Work closely with managers, editors, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Reporting & Tracking

  – Maintain trackers, share regular updates, and ensure transparency on campaign progress.

• Problem Solving

  – Address last-minute issues, provide solutions, and keep campaigns running without roadblocks.

• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple campaigns.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Internship or 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred, but

  freshers welcome

  if eager to learn.
• Must have own laptop & ability to commute to Noida office 2–3 days a week.
