Social Media Marketing Manager - Internship

Company: Futur Squad

Position: Social Media Marketing Manager (Internship)

Duration: 3 months

Work Mode: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office)

Location: Noida

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager Intern to join our team and take ownership of our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain social media accounts across all platforms
Upload content consistently and on schedule to ensure maximum engagement
Keep all social media pages active and engaging at all times
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions promptly
Develop and prepare monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives
Coordinate with editors and graphic designers to ensure timely delivery of posts
Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements
Stay updated with latest social media trends and platform updates
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all channels

Requirements:

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Excellent written communication and creative thinking skills
Basic knowledge of content planning and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Fresh graduate or final year student preferred
Enthusiasm for digital marketing and social media trends
