About the Role We’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive who knows how to open doors and drive conversions through emails . This role is perfect for someone who has: Experience in B2B lead generation Mastery in cold email automation tools Knows how to get responses, book meetings, and fuel business growth This is not just a campaign execution role — this is revenue-linked . You’ll work closely with the founders and business development team to power growth at FuturSquad through high-quality lead pipelines and client conversations. Key Responsibilities 📩 Email Campaigns & Automation Build, manage, and optimize cold email sequences targeting brands, agencies, and decision-makers. Write personalized, high-converting email copy tailored to different industries and personas. Use tools like Mailchimp, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo.io, or HubSpot to automate and track outreach. Monitor KPIs: open rate, reply rate, CTRs, bounce rate, spam score — and improve them continuously. A/B test subject lines, calls-to-action, and campaign variations. 🔍 Lead Generation & Prospecting Research and build targeted prospect lists of brands, marketers, and CXOs in India’s marketing landscape. Run intent-based segmentation to ensure relevant outreach and positioning. Qualify leads through email communication and handover to the BD team for conversion. 🤝 Business Development Alignment Collaborate with the founders and growth team to identify new industries and verticals for outreach. Support the creation of outreach strategies, pitch decks, and proposals . Regularly update and maintain CRM/database to ensure accurate pipeline visibility. Requirements ✅ 2+ years of experience in email marketing, outbound sales, or lead generation , preferably in marketing, advertising, or service-based domains. ✅ Hands-on with email automation platforms and CRM tools . ✅ Strong copywriting skills — able to write crisp, catchy, and persuasive cold emails. ✅ Deep understanding of email deliverability , spam filters, sender reputation, and A/B testing. ✅ Familiarity with growth metrics and conversion funnels. ✅ Self-driven, target-focused, and excellent in communication. Bonus If You Have Experience in working with marketing, creative, or influencer-led campaigns . Knowledge of India’s startup and D2C brand ecosystem. Worked at an early-stage startup, agency, or B2B SaaS.
