Influencer Outreach Head

We are currently seeking an Influencer Outreach Head to join our team at VuduCom in Gurugram, Haryana, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of managers and executives who are dedicated to curating influencer lists for client briefs. Your primary focus will involve collaborating closely with the content, brand, and growth teams to establish a robust community of brand advocates, thereby enhancing engagement levels and driving conversions. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying prominent influencers, bloggers, and online media figures across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging social media platforms. You will be required to cultivate strong relationships with social influencers through seeding programs and regular communication efforts. Additionally, understanding the client's perspective and their specific requirements will be crucial to the success of your role. After the campaign execution, you will be expected to create recap materials to assess and evaluate the campaign's effectiveness, including ROI and various performance metrics. Staying abreast of influencer trends, platform developments, and cultural phenomena will also be a key aspect of your role. Ideally, you should possess a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills are essential for this position. A data-driven mindset, along with proficiency in performance tracking tools, will be advantageous. Furthermore, a genuine passion for leveraging social media platforms and a keen interest in beauty, skincare, and wellness products are desirable qualities in an ideal candidate.,
